Booking Process

Please prepare the following documents. We will contact you to collect them before your rental:

- Passport
- Original Driver’s License
- International Driving Permit (IDP)

- Credit card (valid for at least 6 months)
- Car Excess Insurance proof

Make sure all documents are valid and ready to send when we contact you.

1. Bank Transfer (Taiwan Bank Account)

3. Credit Card Payment

Supported Cards: Visa / MasterCard / American Express

Note: Prices include all applicable fees

Payment Terms:

• A 30% deposit is required within 3 days.
• A security deposit of NT$10,000 is required within 3 days (credit card only).
• The full payment must be completed 14 days before the rental date.

Additional Note:

Payment must be completed to confirm your booking.

Pick-up / Return Time

09:00–10:00 AM / 17:30–19:00 PM

⚠️ Pick-up and drop-off services are not available outside these hours.

嘟嘟房停車場 – 高鐵桃園2站（桃園高鐵站 8 號出口旁）

請務必在車輛檢查時將車輛停放於停車場內，以避免影響交通或產生違規。

⚠️ 若因違規停車產生罰單，相關費用將從 NT$10,000 保證金中扣除。

Du Du Fang Parking – Taoyuan HSR Station 2 (next to Exit 8, Taoyuan HSR Station)

Please make sure to park the vehicle inside the designated parking lot during inspection to avoid blocking traffic or receiving fines.

⚠️ Any parking violation fines will be deducted from your NT$10,000 security deposit.
