Simple steps to start your campervan journey in Taiwan
Step 1 Choose Your Campervan
→ Explore our vehicle options
Step 2 Submit Booking Form
→ Start your unforgettable campervan journey! After booking, you’ll receive a travel guide to help you explore Taiwan with ease.
Step 3 Prepare Your Documents
Please prepare the following documents. We will contact you to collect them before your rental:
- Passport
- Original Driver’s License
- International Driving Permit (IDP)
- Car Excess Insurance proof
Make sure all documents are valid and ready to send when we contact you.
Step 4 Make Payment
Payment Methods:
1. Bank Transfer (Taiwan Bank Account)

Note: Please notify us after the transfer to confirm your payment
2. PayPal (International Customers)

Note: You can pay using your PayPal account or linked credit card
3. Credit Card Payment
Supported Cards: Visa / MasterCard / American Express
Note: Prices include all applicable fees
Payment Terms:
- 30% deposit + NT$5,000 within 3 days.
- Full payment 14 days before rental.
Additional Note:
Payment must be completed to confirm your booking.
Step 5 Pick-up / Return Location & Parking Guidelines
Pick-up / Return Time
09:00–10:00 AM / 17:30–19:00 PM
⚠️ Pick-up and drop-off services are not available outside these hours.

嘟嘟房停車場 – 高鐵桃園2站（桃園高鐵站 8 號出口旁）
請務必在車輛檢查時將車輛停放於停車場內，以避免影響交通或產生違規。
⚠️ 若因違規停車產生罰單，相關費用將從 NT$5,000 保證金中扣除。

Du Du Fang Parking – Taoyuan HSR Station 2 (next to Exit 8, Taoyuan HSR Station)
Please make sure to park the vehicle inside the designated parking lot during inspection to avoid blocking traffic or receiving fines.
⚠️ Any parking violation fines will be deducted from your NT$5,000 security deposit.
