    Please read the instructions before booking a campervan

    1. 車輛與駕照 Vehicle & License Requirements

    • 露營車皆合法、定期保養與驗車 All vehicles are legal and undergo regular maintenance.

    • 駕駛須持：護照 / 原國家駕照 / 國際駕照(IDP) Drivers must have passport, home license, and an IDP.

    2. 取車 / 還車 Pick-up / Drop-off

    • 時間：10:00 AM 前 / 17:30 PM 後

    Time: Before 10:00 AM / After 5:30 PM

    • 地點：高鐵桃園站 1 號出口停車場

    Location: HSR Taoyuan Station – Exit 1 Parking Lot

    3. 使用與責任 Responsibilities

    • 遵守交通法規並維護車內設備

    Follow local traffic laws and protect the equipment

    • 罰單、停車費、事故、損壞 → 租用方負責

    Renter is responsible for fines, parking fees, damages, and accidents.

    4. 保險｜Insurance

    📌 重要說明｜Important Notice

    • 露營車已包含「強制第三責任險」

    The campervan includes mandatory Third-Party Liability Insurance.

    • 外國旅客 **必須購買 Car Hire Excess Insurance** （或提供等同車損保障的有效保險）

    All foreign guests **must provide Car Hire Excess Insurance** or equivalent vehicle damage coverage.

    3. 附帶租車保險的信用卡（需銀行證明）Credit card rental insurance (with official proof)

    Our campervans are legally registered as standard passenger/cargo vehicles in Taiwan

    購買保險時請務必選擇 **CAMPERVAN** 類別

    When purchasing insurance, please make sure to select **CAMPERVAN** category.

    🛠 租期中損害責任｜Damage Responsibility

    租客需負責 Renter is responsible for：

    1. 車體碰撞、刮傷、凹痕 Any collision, dents, or scratches

    2. 水浸、誤用造成的損害 Damage from water, flooding, or misuse

    3. 車內設備（電池、冷氣、木作、床架、燈具等）

    Interior equipment (battery system, A/C, woodwork, beds, lighting, etc.)

    → 所有維修費皆由租客負擔 All repair costs are the renter’s responsibility

    → 不接受事後補買保險的理賠 Retroactive insurance claims are not accepted

    🚨 事故處理流程｜In Case of Accident

    1. 撥打 110 報警 Call 110 to report to the police

    2. 聯絡您的保險公司 Contact your insurance provider

    3. 通知我們協助後續流程 Notify us for assistance

    5. 訂金 / 付款 Payments

    • 訂金 30%：下單後 3 日內完成 Deposit: 30% within 3 days after booking

    • 尾款：租借日前 14 天付清 Balance: 14 days before rental date

    • 未如期付款 → 訂單無效 Late payment → Booking invalid

    6. 保證金 Security Deposit

    • 5,000保證金用於 ETC / 停車費 / 罰單（如有）

    NT$5,000 deposit for ETC, parking, and fines

    • 扣除後於 30-45 個工作日內退款

    Refund within 30 working days after deductions

    7. 租約與爭議 Agreement & Disputes

    • 支付訂金後租約生效 Agreement effective upon deposit payment

    • 不可抗力可延期或免責 Force majeure applies

    • 爭議：台灣桃園地方法院 Disputes handled by Taoyuan District Court

  • 取消政策

    Cancellation Policy

    於出發日前14天取消，退還全額。

    If canceled 14 days before the departure date, the full deposit and balance will be refunded.

    於出發日前7至13天內取消，退還70%(訂金與尾款)。

    If canceled 7 to13 days before the departure date, 70% of the deposit and balance will be refunded.

    於出發日前1至3天內取消，退還50%(訂金與尾款)。

    If canceled within 1 to 3 days before the departure date, 50% of the deposit and balance will be refunded.

    若出發日天當取消，退還20%(訂金與尾款)。

    If canceled on the day of departure, 20% of the deposit and balance will be refunded.

    每筆退款將扣除 NT$30 手續費。
    此外，PayPal 收款人須自行承擔 5% 的平台手續費（由 PayPal 系統直接扣除），請留意實際收到的金額可能會略少於我們退款的總金額。

    A handling fee of NT$30 will be deducted from each refund.
    Additionally, the PayPal recipient is responsible for the 5% transaction fee, which is automatically deducted by PayPal.
    Please note that the actual amount you receive may be slightly less than the refund we issued.


    露營車取車/還車逾時政策

    Overtime policy pick-up/return for campervan


    若您無法於預約時間準時取車，請務必於出發前12小時通知我們更改時間。若未通知且超過預約時間 30分鐘未到場，我們將自保證金中收取 每30分鐘 200 元的違約手續費，第一小時收取 300 元起，最高手續費不超過 1500 元，以補償營運安排及車輛佔用成本。

    If you are unable to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule.

    If no prior notice is given and you are more than 30 minutes late, a late fee of NT$200 will be deducted from the deposit for every 30 minutes of delay, starting at NT$300 for the first hour.

    The maximum late fee will not exceed NT$1,500.

    This fee is to compensate for operational arrangements and vehicle holding costs.

    若您因為旅程關係，會延後還車，請您提前聯繫專員。

    If your return of the car will be delayed due to your journey, please contact the specialist in advance.

    租金為24小時制，延後還車每超過1小時需支付300元，若還車時間超過6小時，將會向您收取1日的超時費用。(1日的超時費以當日原價租金做計算)

    You will be charged NT$300 for each delayed return of the car for more than 1 hour. If the return time exceeds 6 hours, you will be charged a day's overtime fee. (The overtime fee for one day is calculated based on the original rental price for that day.)

    如欲續租，請在還車時間前12小時前告知，本公司依租賃情形保留是否續租之權利

    If you want to renew the lease, please inform us 12 hours before the return time. The company reserves the right to renew the lease depending on the rental situation.

    露營車行車與營區充電注意事項

    Camper Van Charging Guidelines

    為了讓您旅程順利，請務必留意以下充電與用電須知：

    To ensure a smooth and comfortable trip, please read the following power usage guidelines carefully:

    🔋 外接電池使用 External Battery Usage

    外接電池請全程保持開啟，車輛在行駛中才能進行充電。

    Keep the external battery switched ON at all times during your trip so the vehicle can charge it while driving.

    ⚠️ 行車充電非主要電力來源 Driving Charge Is Not a Primary Power Source

    行車充電速度遠低於專用充電器。Charging while driving is much slower than using a dedicated charger.

    建議每 2–3 天進營區使用專用插座充電。We recommend plugging into a campground power source every 1–3 days.

    若因個人用電習慣導致電池電量用盡，造成冷氣或其他設備無法正常使用，請自行負責。

    If the battery is drained due to your personal usage habits, resulting in the air conditioner or other equipment being unavailable, you will be responsible.

    ❄️ 冷氣使用與電量建議A/C and Battery Usage Tips

    電池滿電時，冷氣設定27–28°C並搭配風扇使用，可支撐約8小時。

    When fully charged, with the A/C set to 27–28°C (80–82°F) and used with a fan, the battery can last for about 8 hours.

    行車充電速率：約每小時 4% 電量，等於差不多可再支撐冷氣半小時。僅靠行車充電無法長期維持整晚冷氣。

    • 若每天晚上都想吹整晚冷氣，請務必在出發前將電池充滿，並規劃 每 2–3 天進一次有插座的營區補電。

    • 若當天行駛 5–6 小時，大致能補足讓冷氣多吹 3–4 小時；若沒有長時間行駛，請務必安排營區充電。

    Charging while driving: The battery can recover about 4% per hour, which roughly allows the air conditioner to run an additional half hour. Driving alone is not sufficient to fully offset the AC’s energy consumption, so it cannot sustain full-night usage over consecutive nights.

    • If you plan to run the air conditioner every night, please make sure the battery is fully charged before departure, and plan to recharge at a campsite with power every 2–3 days.

    • Driving 5–6 hours in a day can roughly recharge enough for the air conditioner to run an extra 3–4 hours. If you do not drive long hours, make sure to arrange for campsite charging

    ⚡ 逆變器使用提醒（黑色盒子）Inverter Usage Reminder (Black Box Above the Battery)

    僅在車輛熄火，且需使用冷氣或為電子產品充電時，才需開啟逆變器。

    Only turn on the inverter when the engine is off and you need to use the A/C or charge electronic devices.

    其他時間請關閉逆變器，避免電池電量無謂消耗。
    Turn off the inverter at all other times to prevent unnecessary battery drain.

    車內空間高度提醒 Important Note: Interior Height Advisory

    由於我們的露營車內部空間有限，若您的身高超過190公分，可能會感到駕駛座或車內活動空間較為侷促、不夠舒適。
    建議您在預約前與我們聯繫確認車型是否合適，以確保旅途舒適。
    Due to the limited interior space of our campervan, guests who are taller than 190 cm (6'3") may find the driver’s seat and cabin space tight or less comfortable.
    We recommend contacting us before booking to confirm whether the vehicle is suitable for your height, ensuring a comfortable travel experience.

    每日行駛里程限制說明 Daily Mileage Limit Policy

    每日(24H)限行里程數為300公里。超過300公里後，每公里將會向您收取8元的保養費用。
    The daily (24H) mileage limit is 300 kilometers. For mileage exceeding 300 km per day, a maintenance fee of NT$8 per kilometer will be charged.

    車輛操作教學時間說明 Vehicle Operation Instruction Time

    請您取車前請預留30-60分鐘做車子的操作教學。
    Please set aside 30-60 minutes for a basic instruction session on how to operate the vehicle before pick-up.

    取車/還車地點與停車注意事項

    Pick-up / Return Location & Parking Guidelines

    📍取車／還車地點：桃園高鐵站 1 號接送區旁邊的停車場
    請務必在還車檢查時停在停車場內，以免影響交通或產生違規。
    ⚠️ 若因違停產生罰單，相關費用將從保證金 5,000 NTD 中扣除。
    📌 請依圖示指引前往，或可直接在 Google Map 搜尋：「桃園高鐵站一號接送區」。
    📍Pick-up / Return Location: Parking lot next to Exit 1 Pick-up/Drop-off area at Taoyuan HSR Station
    Please make sure to park the car inside the designated parking lot during vehicle inspection to avoid blocking traffic or fines.
    ⚠️ Any parking violation fines will be deducted from your 5,000 NTD security deposit.

    取車與還車
    Pick-up&Return
    在預定的取車日期，提前30-60分鐘來到指定地點取車，並進行簡單的操作說明。
    Please arrive at the designated location 30-60 minutes before your scheduled pickup time for a brief orientation and vehicle handover.
    使用完畢後，依約定時間將露營車歸還，並接受檢查，完成租賃流程。
    After your trip, return the campervan at the agreed time for an inspection to complete the rental process.
