預約露營車須知
Please read the instructions before booking a campervan
1. 所有露營車都是經過定期保養與驗車，並且是合法上路的露營車，請安心駕駛。
All campervans have undergone regular maintenance and inspections and are legal on the road. Please drive with confidence.
2. 旅程中駕駛露營車的人員都必須擁有合法且有效的駕照。
Anyone driving a campervan during the trip must have a legal and valid driver's license.
3. 請您注意酒駕的嚴重性，開車不喝酒、喝酒不開車。
Please pay attention to the seriousness of drunk driving. Do not drink while driving, and do not drive after drinking.
4. 取車/還車
時間: 09:00-18:00 , 地點 : 台灣高鐵桃園站或是機場捷運A18站。
The pick-up and drop-off time : 09:00-18:00
Locations : Taiwan High Speed Rail Taoyuan Station or Airport MRT A18 Station.
5. 旅程中請務必遵守道路交通法規與維護車內配備。租用期間產生的罰單、損壞、意外、停車費等由租用方負責。During the journey, be sure to abide by road traffic laws and maintain the equipment provided in the vehicle. The renter is responsible for any fines, Parking Fee, damages, accidents, etc. incurred during the rental period.
6. 預定露營車成功之後，建議您可以提早購買行車安全相關的保險，這裡提供短期方案參考:
After successfully booking a campervan, it is recommended that you purchase insurance related to driving safety in advance. Here is a short-term plan reference:

Kind reminder: Optional rental car insurance in Taiwan (such as damage waivers) may not apply to non-Taiwanese nationals. We recommend purchasing international travel insurance or personal liability coverage—not only for rental vehicle protection, but also to cover unexpected situations during your trip (like injury, trip delays, or lost belongings). It’s a simple step to help ensure a worry-free journey in Taiwan!
7. 出租方會在租用方取車時，將油加滿並與租用方點交露營車的外觀、里程與車內配備。租用方在還車時，須將油加滿歸還並與出租方點交露營車的外觀、里程與車內配備。
The lessor will fill up the tank with the renter when the renter picks up the car and provide the renter with the appearance, mileage and interior equipment of the campervan. When returning the vehicle, the renter must fill up the tank with oil and submit the appearance, mileage and interior equipment of the camper to the lessor.
8. 預約露營車請於訂單完成的3日內完成訂金付款，尾款請於租借日的14天前付清。若未於以上期間完成付款，訂單即未完成。訂金為露營車原價總金額的30%。
To reserve a camper van, please complete the deposit payment within 3 days after the order is completed, and the balance payment must be paid 14 days before the rental date. If payment is not completed within the above period, the order will not be completed. The deposit is 30% of the original price of the campervan.
9. 預定露營車除訂金尾款之外，需支付5000元的保證金，用來支付您旅途的ETC、停車費與罰單，扣除完之後將會在30個工作日(不含假日)將餘額退還給您。保證金退款不收取任何手續費
In addition to the balance of the deposit, you need to pay a security deposit of NT$5,000 to reserve a campervan, which is used to pay for your trip's ETC, parking fees and fines (if any). After deductions are made, the remaining balance will be returned to you within 30 working days(without weekends). No handling fees will be charged for the refund of the security deposit
10. 當租用人完成預付訂金給出租人當下，租約協議即生效。雙方應盡善良管理人義務，避免一方權益受損。
The lease agreement comes into effect when the lessee completes the advance deposit to the lessor. Both parties should fulfill their obligations as good managers to avoid damage to the rights and interests of one party.
11. 若因天災或事變等不可抗力或不可歸責於租約雙方當事人之事由，致未能依約履約者，得展延履約期限;不能履約者，得免除契約責任;例如天災、戰爭、罷工、沈船、原物料短缺、政府禁令等。
If the party fails to perform the contract in accordance with the contract due to force majeure such as natural disasters or accidents or reasons that are not attributable to both parties to the lease, the performance period may be extended; if the contract cannot be performed, the contract liability may be exempted; such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, shipwrecks, Raw material shortages, government bans, etc.
12. 本租約未盡事宜，得依租用與出租雙方之合意或法令之變更，以書面或口頭修訂之，關於本租約所生之爭議，雙方同意以台灣桃園地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
Matters not covered in this lease may be revised in writing or orally based on the agreement between the lessor and the lessee or changes in laws. Regarding disputes arising from this lease, both parties agree that the Taoyuan District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
取消政策
Cancellation Policy
於出發日前14天取消，退還全額。
If canceled 14 days before the departure date, the full deposit and balance will be refunded.
於出發日前7至13天內取消，退還70%(訂金與尾款)。
If canceled 7 to13 days before the departure date, 70% of the deposit and balance will be refunded.
於出發日前1至3天內取消，退還50%(訂金與尾款)。
If canceled within 1 to 3 days before the departure date, 50% of the deposit and balance will be refunded.
若出發日天當取消，退還露營車原價的20%(訂金與尾款)。
If canceled on the day of departure, 20% of the deposit and balance of the original price of the campervan will be refunded.
每筆退款將扣除 NT$20 手續費。
此外，PayPal 收款人須自行承擔 5% 的平台手續費（由 PayPal 系統直接扣除），請留意實際收到的金額可能會略少於我們退款的總金額。A handling fee of NT$20 will be deducted from each refund.
Additionally, the PayPal recipient is responsible for the 5% transaction fee, which is automatically deducted by PayPal.
Please note that the actual amount you receive may be slightly less than the refund we issued.露營車取車/還車逾時政策
Overtime policy pick-up/return for campervan
若您無法於預約時間準時取車，請務必於出發前12小時通知我們更改時間。若未通知且超過預約時間 30分鐘未到場，我們將自保證金中收取 每30分鐘 200 元的違約手續費，第一小時收取 300 元起，最高手續費不超過 1500 元，以補償營運安排及車輛佔用成本。If you are unable to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule.
If no prior notice is given and you are more than 30 minutes late, a late fee of NT$200 will be deducted from the deposit for every 30 minutes of delay, starting at NT$300 for the first hour.
The maximum late fee will not exceed NT$1,500.
This fee is to compensate for operational arrangements and vehicle holding costs.
若您因為旅程關係，會延後還車，請您提前聯繫專員。
If your return of the car will be delayed due to your journey, please contact the specialist in advance.
租金為24小時制，延後還車每超過1小時需支付300元，若還車時間超過6小時，將會向您收取1日的超時費用。(1日的超時費以當日原價租金做計算)
You will be charged NT$300 for each delayed return of the car for more than 1 hour. If the return time exceeds 6 hours, you will be charged a day's overtime fee. (The overtime fee for one day is calculated based on the original rental price for that day.)
如欲續租，請在還車時間前12小時前告知，本公司依租賃情形保留是否續租之權利
If you want to renew the lease, please inform us 12 hours before the return time. The company reserves the right to renew the lease depending on the rental situation.
付款說明

請務必訊息詢問確認可預訂日期, 並於3日內完成訂金加押金$5000匯款，尾款請於租借日的14天前付清。若未於以上期間完成付
款，訂單即未完成。
訂金為露營車原價總金額的30%。

Insurance Policy & Requirements for International Renters
All foreign guests must provide valid vehicle damage insurance (CDW or equivalent)
A little paperwork now = way fewer problems (and less crying) on the road later. We promise!
(Sorry for the hassle, we love freedom too, but even freedom needs insurance!)📌 Important Notice
Our campervans include mandatory third-party liability insurance only. We do not provide Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or offer optional insurance upgrades.
To protect your trip and avoid unexpected costs, we strongly recommend you prepare your own coverage in advance.
🧾 What You Need to Prepare:
✅ Proof of CDW or rental vehicle damage insurance
✅ Coverage must match the entire rental period
✅ Accepted sources:
1. Travel insurance from your home country
2. Credit card with rental car insurance (ask your bank for official proof)
⚠️ Our campervans are legally registered as standard passenger/cargo vehicles in Taiwan.
Most rental car insurance policies apply without issue.
📄 Insurance Proof & Deposit Policy
After confirming your booking, you must provide your insurance proof. We will review and verify the coverage.
If you cannot provide valid insurance, we reserve the right to:
Cancel your reservation, or
Request a full security deposit (up to NT$80,000 as risk coverage)
🛠 In Case of Damage During Rental, You Are Responsible For:
1. Any collision, dents, or scratches
2. Damage from water, flooding, or misuse
3. Interior custom equipment (e.g., battery system, A/C, woodwork, beds, seating, lighting, etc.)
All repair costs are the renter’s responsibility. We will not accept retroactive insurance claims.
🚨 In Case of an Accident:
1. Call 110 to report to the police
2. Contact your insurance provider
3. Notify us — we will assist with communication to our insurance company

Camper Van Charging Guidelines
為了讓您旅程順利，請務必留意以下充電與用電須知：
To ensure a smooth and comfortable trip, please read the following power usage guidelines carefully:
🔋 外接電池使用 External Battery Usage
外接電池請全程保持開啟，車輛在行駛中才能進行充電。
Keep the external battery switched ON at all times during your trip so the vehicle can charge it while driving.
⚠️ 行車充電非主要電力來源 Driving Charge Is Not a Primary Power Source
行車充電速度遠低於專用充電器。Charging while driving is much slower than using a dedicated charger.
建議每 1–2 天進營區使用專用插座充電。We recommend plugging into a campground power source every 1–2 days.
若因個人用電習慣導致電池電量用盡，造成冷氣或其他設備無法正常使用，請自行負責。
If the battery is drained due to your personal usage habits, resulting in the air conditioner or other equipment being unavailable, you will be responsible.
❄️ 冷氣使用與電量建議A/C and Battery Usage Tips
電池滿電時，冷氣設定27–28°C並搭配風扇使用，可支撐約 2 晚。
When fully charged, with the A/C set to 27–28°C (80–82°F) and used with a fan, the battery can last for about 2 nights.
若第一晚冷氣使用整晚，第二天建議行駛 7–8 小時以補足電量。
If you use the A/C all night on the first day, we recommend driving 7–8 hours the next day to recharge enough for the second night.
若第二天行駛時間不足 5 小時，建議當晚進營區充電。
If driving time is less than 5 hours, we suggest plugging in at a campground that evening.
⚡ 逆變器使用提醒（黑色盒子）Inverter Usage Reminder (Black Box Above the Battery)
僅在車輛熄火，且需使用冷氣或為電子產品充電時，才需開啟逆變器。
Only turn on the inverter when the engine is off and you need to use the A/C or charge electronic devices.
其他時間請關閉逆變器，避免電池電量無謂消耗。
Turn off the inverter at all other times to prevent unnecessary battery drain.車內空間高度提醒 Important Note: Interior Height Advisory
由於我們的露營車內部空間有限，若您的身高超過190公分，可能會感到駕駛座或車內活動空間較為侷促、不夠舒適。
建議您在預約前與我們聯繫確認車型是否合適，以確保旅途舒適。
Due to the limited interior space of our campervan, guests who are taller than 190 cm (6'3") may find the driver’s seat and cabin space tight or less comfortable.
We recommend contacting us before booking to confirm whether the vehicle is suitable for your height, ensuring a comfortable travel experience.
每日行駛里程限制說明 Daily Mileage Limit Policy
每日(24H)限行里程數為300公里。超過300公里後，每公里將會向您收取8元的保養費用。
The daily (24H) mileage limit is 300 kilometers. For mileage exceeding 300 km per day, a maintenance fee of NT$8 per kilometer will be charged.車輛操作教學時間說明 Vehicle Operation Instruction Time
請您取車前請預留30-60分鐘做車子的操作教學。
Please set aside 30-60 minutes for a basic instruction session on how to operate the vehicle before pick-up.寵物同行須知 Pet Policy & Guidelines
歡迎攜帶寵物，但請注意以下規定
Pets are welcome on board, but please note the following:
1. 請準備 寵物專用地墊與寵物籠，避免寵物直接接觸車內寢具。
Please prepare pet mats and cages to prevent direct contact with bedding.
2.攜帶寵物將收取：
• NT$500 清潔費 An additional NT$500 cleaning fee
• NT$2,000 預收押金（若無損毀或異味全額退還） NT$2,000 refundable deposit will be required.
若寵物有以下情況，將從押金中扣除清潔費或全額沒收，並依損壞程度額外賠償：
• 排泄／嘔吐在車內
• 撕咬車內設備或物品
If the pet urinates, vomits, or damages items inside the car, the NT$2,000 deposit will be used for professional cleaning or repairs. Any further damage will be charged according to the item's value.

📍取車／還車地點：桃園高鐵站 1 號接送區旁邊的停車場
請務必在環車檢查時停在停車場內，以免影響交通或產生違規。
⚠️ 若因違停產生罰單，相關費用將從保證金 5,000 NTD 中扣除。📌 請依圖示指引前往，或可直接在 Google Map 搜尋：「桃園高鐵站一號接送區」。
📍Pick-up / Return Location: Parking lot next to Exit 1 Pick-up/Drop-off area at Taoyuan HSR Station
Please make sure to park the car inside the designated parking lot during vehicle inspection to avoid blocking traffic or fines.
⚠️ Any parking violation fines will be deducted from your 5,000 NTD security deposit.📌 Please follow the visual guide or search "Taoyuan HSR Station Exit 1 Pick-up/Drop-off area" on Google Maps.
